Green sole is a social venture where we recycle discarded sports shoes to comfortable footwear and provide them to the neediest. There are 1.2 billion people who wake up everyday without any kind of footwear whatsoever while 350 million pairs of sports shoes are discarded each year. We are in process of partnering with several corporate companies, schools, college etc. for collecting discarded footwear to recycle, convert them to comfortable slippers and provide them to the neediest. We also want to increase our reach and awareness to our fellow people by placing discarded footwear collection boxes across the city to help this cause by engaging as many people as we can.
To recycle discarded sports shoes with an absolutely minimum carbon footprint, to give livelihood to the underprivileged sections of the society and to ensure that no needy is bare feet in the World by 2023.
To contribute to social good, by creating a self-sustaining infrastructure that facilitates the provision of the basic necessity of footwear to everyone, forever, environmental good, by refurbishing discarded shoes with zero carbon footprint and economic good by giving employment to refurbish shoes.
